Processing Comes First

Clare Heller orders move through a processing step before they are handed to a carrier. Processing is separate from transit time, so the delivery estimate begins after the order has shipped.

Order Cut-Off And Preparation

Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after our 2:00 PM EST cut-off begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Transit Time

Standard U.S. shipping is estimated at 7-10 business days after processing. Standard international shipping is estimated at 10-14 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier routing, destination, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, and peak-season volume may change the final delivery date.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout based on the delivery address and selected method.

Tracking Your Package

After shipment, we email tracking details to the address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take 24-72 hours to appear after the package enters the carrier network.
