Ordering

How fast are orders prepared?

Orders are generally prepared within 1-3 business days. Our order cut-off is 2:00 PM EST; orders placed after that time begin processing the next business day.

Can an order be changed?

Email us quickly with your order number. We will try to help if the order has not already moved into processing or shipment.

Delivery

What shipping estimate should I expect?

Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 7-10 business days after processing. International delivery is estimated at 10-14 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may shift because of carrier delays, weather, customs, or seasonal volume.

When will tracking update?

We email tracking when the order ships. Carrier scans may take 24-72 hours to appear.

Returns And Refunds

Return requests must be started within 30 days after you receive the item. Items need to be unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers pay return shipping unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Payment options are displayed at checkout and processed through secure providers. Clare Heller does not store complete card numbers.
